- As a rough guide: a studio or dorm uses about 10 totes, a one-bedroom about 20, a two-bedroom about 35, and a three-bedroom about 50. If you have a lot of books, kitchenware, or a home office, size up. You can also choose a Custom Package and set the exact count.
- Every rental is a standard one-week window. When you choose your delivery date, we automatically set pickup for 7 days later. Need more time? Just move the pickup date out when you book — you can rent for up to 4 weeks. The first week is full price, and each additional week is 25% off the standard rate.
- You choose a delivery date and a time window (morning, afternoon, or evening) at checkout. We deliver clean, stacked totes to your door within that window.
- We pick up on the pickup date you selected, in the time window you chose. Empty the totes and have them stacked and accessible, and we handle the rest.
- We serve Cincinnati and surrounding communities, including Downtown, Over-the-Rhine, Hyde Park, Oakley, Norwood, Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Milford, Anderson Township, and Northern Kentucky (Florence, Newport, Covington). Enter your ZIP at checkout to confirm coverage.
- Yes. Tell us about stairs, elevators, and building access in your order notes so we can plan the drop-off. Totes stack on dollies and hand trucks (available as add-ons) to make stairs and elevators easier.
