Cancellations

Reschedules
Contact us as early as possible to move your delivery or pickup date. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Refunds & deposits
Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your refundable deposit is returned after totes are returned undamaged.
Weather
If severe weather affects routing, we will reschedule the affected delivery or pickup at no penalty.
