Normal wear

Normal wear and tear from ordinary use is expected and never charged.

Damage or loss

Totes or equipment that are lost, or damaged beyond normal use, may be charged against your refundable deposit or billed at replacement cost. [PLACEHOLDER — publish per-item replacement costs.]

Late returns

Equipment kept past the agreed pickup date without a rescheduling arrangement may incur a late fee as described in your order and the Rental Agreement.

Condition on return

Please return totes empty, clean of debris, and free of hazardous materials.
