How ToteZo works
A reusable-tote rental takes the busywork out of moving. Here’s the full process, start to finish.
1. Choose your package
Pick a package sized for your move — from a studio kit to a large home — or set a custom tote count. Add dollies, hand trucks, or packing supplies. Choose your delivery and pickup dates and a time window.
2. We deliver clean totes
On your delivery date, we drop off clean, inspected totes stacked and ready to fill. Reusable labels come included so you can organize by room. No assembly, no tape.
3. You pack and move
Pack at your own pace over your rental window. Totes stack securely and roll on dollies, making loading and unloading faster and easier than mismatched boxes.
4. We pick the totes up
After your scheduled rental period, empty the totes and leave them stacked and accessible. We collect them on your pickup date — nothing to store, break down, or recycle.
The details that matter
Clean, inspected totes
Every tote is cleaned and checked between rentals before it goes back out for delivery.
Delivery & pickup windows
Choose a morning, afternoon, or evening window. We coordinate access for apartments, stairs, and elevators — just add notes at checkout.
Rental period
Rentals run from your delivery date to your pickup date, with a minimum of 7 days and up to 28 days.
Damage & missing totes
Normal wear is expected and never charged. Lost or badly damaged totes may be covered by your refundable deposit — see our Damage and Replacement Policy.
Late returns
Need more time? Contact us to reschedule pickup. Totes kept past the agreed date without arrangement may incur a late fee.
Rescheduling & weather
Plans change and weather happens. Reach out early to move a date; weather-related reschedules are handled at no penalty.
