ToteZo is a Cincinnati-based reusable moving tote rental service. We deliver clean, stackable totes to your door before your move and pick them up after — so you skip the cardboard runs, the tape, and the pile of boxes to break down when you’re done.
Moving is stressful enough. Our goal is simple: give you a more convenient, more reliable, and more sustainable way to pack, backed by friendly local service and clear, up-front pricing.

Our story
ToteZo was born out of a move that was a little bigger than your average move.
When we first met, we were long distance, with one of us in Cincinnati and the other in Chicago. Eventually, we decided to build a life together, which meant selling two homes, packing up two households, and moving everything we owned into a new home just outside of Cincinnati — the home we chose to raise our daughter in.
And let’s just say... we learned a LOT about moving.
Between cardboard boxes, garbage bags, random bins, and containers we knew we’d eventually have to figure out what to do with, moving felt like a never-ending game of Tetris. We kept thinking, Wouldn’t this be so much easier if we could just rent sturdy totes, use them for the move, and give them back when we were done?
That idea stuck.
So we created ToteZo to make moving and organizing a little easier for everyone else. Instead of buying dozens of cardboard boxes or filling your garage with plastic bins you may never use again, you can rent durable totes, use them for what you need, and return them when you’re finished.
Whether you’re moving across town, downsizing, organizing your home, or tackling a big project, we want to make the process simpler, sturdier, and a whole lot less wasteful.
